Summer Camp 2008 will be held at two locations:
June 23 – August 22 from 6:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Boys & Girls Club Summer Camp needs Teen Counselors
Students entering grades 9 – 12 next year are eligible to be a Boys & Girls Club Summer Camp Counselor In Training (CIT). Teens will learn valuable job skills and work in a fun, professional environment while earning community service hours. CIT’s will also be rewarded with a special end-of-camp field trip to Wild Waves. Staff shirt and training will be provided and each CIT will receive weekly feedback. Students who are interested can call the Summer Camp Site Coordinators. South Kitsap School District has partnered with the Boys & Girls Club of South Puget Sound to offer after school and summer camp programs at Sidney Glen Elementary School.
The Boys & Girls Club provides youth with a safe place to learn and grow, ongoing relationships with caring adults, life-enhancing programs, character development experiences, hope for their future and opportunities to succeed.
The Boys & Girls Club Steering Committee of the Port Orchard Branch continues to seek funding to make this program a reality for kids in our community. Donations are welcome and can be deposited at any Kitsap Bank branch to the attention of Mr. Bob Banks.
