Make Your Day!

Our Mission John Sedgwick Junior High School is to provide each student a diverse education in a safe, caring, inclusive, supportive environment that promotes self-discipline, motivation, and life-long learning.
Our Vision The John Sedgwick team joins the parents and community to assist the students in developing skills to become independent and self-sufficient adults who will be responsible, successful, and contribute to the community.

John Sedgwick Junior High utilizes a school-wide citizenship program called Make Your Day. Make Your Day allows students to take ownership and be held accountable for their own education. This program promotes respect and responsibility in how they participate, communicate, and interact with fellow students, staff, and guests in our school environment. Please ask your children how it impacts their daily involvement in the learning process. I look forward to being part of the process and helping your child become a highly successful and independent learner.
