Mission of the South Kitsap PTSA Council The mission of the SKPTSA Council is to provide leadership, services, training, information and support to local units; promote cooperation among local units; and support and encourage projects in the community that benefit children. Goals Promote networking, team building and sharing among local units. Facilitate recognition and awards within and among local units. Encourage community partnership.
