Cedar Heights is a school striving to become a place for students that is the hardest place they ever loved, meaning each and every student receives an education that is rigorous, relevant, relationship centered, and results oriented.  This vision is driving us to recreate our professional practices and the school’s systems to ensure that we are building relationships with our students, identifying their learning needs, and supporting them in their effort to achieve their goals and dreams.  We do this by working in teams consisting of an English teacher, Math teacher, Science teacher, and Social Studies teacher to support a common group of students in their efforts to meet clear learning targets.
