Over the past four months, all three organizations have been working together to formulate a partnership to help students visualize their future and take personal ownership to reach their goals. The partnership is built on all three organizations' shared beliefs:
  • All kids are capable of success…no exceptions;
  • Success for all takes a team effort;
  • Happy, hopeful and “whole” children have “treasure hunters” or a “12th Man” in their lives encouraging them, cheering for them and serving as their “biggest fan.”

The program incorporates elements of Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll’s “win forever” philosophy and Debbie Macomber’s viewpoint “always believe in the power of your dreams,” which align perfectly with the South Kitsap School District's "Declarations of Interdependence.”
