Dear Staff, Parents, and Community Members,

South Kitsap School District is in the process of developing our Strategic Plan for 2020. You are invited to contribute your thoughts about our schools. We have teamed with a company named Thoughtexchange to assist in gathering input from the entire South Kitsap community through a 3 Step online process.

Step One – Share
On January 26, you will receive an email from Superintendent Michelle Reid inviting you to share your thoughts on 3 questions about our schools. You will have until February 4, 2015 to complete the step.

Step Two – Star
On February 16, you will receive an email inviting you to star (prioritize) all the thoughts that were shared in Step One. You will have until February 25, 2015 to complete this step.

Step Three – Discover
Once your responses from steps one and two have been collated and analyzed by the Thoughtexchange system, the Discover step provides a process for communicating the prioritized thoughts.

On behalf of the students we serve, thank you for taking the time to help us with our strategic planning. We hope through this process that we are able to foster a collaborative effort between parents, community members, and our district to imagine the best future possible for South Kitsap students.

Thank you so much for your participation!

Warmest regards,

Nancy Pack
